  • 54 Guests for a Sit-down Meal with Feature Wall/Presentation Area

    60 Guests for Meal without a Presentation Area.

  • We welcome outside catering and food options, giving you the freedom to bring in meals from your favorite restaurants, family recipes, potlucks, or professional caterers.

    We can also help with recommendations.

    We do have Kitchen Prep Area with working sink, refrigerator and Catering Essentials for an additional fee.

    We have Chafing dishes (hot food) and display serving dishes available with a cleaning fee

  • $50 Special Occasion Permit is currently required to bring your own alcohol

  • Cold water with fresh lemons is included in your rental fee.

  • We supply ice for your water, and Champagne chillers. BYO Ice for other needs.

  • Yes, you can bring in your own coffee and condiments.

    There is a $25 rental/cleaning fee to use our machines.

  • Your guest count DOES includes kids (with an exception of babies nursing or bottle fed.)

    Tableware rentals are replaced with high chairs, boosters, and the extra clean up needed for crushed cheerios..

  • Our evening events end at midnight, giving clients an additional 30 min for their personal clean up.

  • We have Google surround speakers that host Apple Music and Spotify Playlists. We also have large PA speakers with Microphone.

  • $50 rental for 55" TV on a wheeled stand to host slide shows, presentations, or Netflix.

  • Your rental includes Admin for meetings, planning, day of coordination & hosting.

  • We have a $100 fee for use of our in-house Feature Wall Rentals. Any Single Use items such as balloons, fresh flowers, or custom lettering will be extra.

  • For photography purposes, If you have more than the 8 person guest limit you will need to rent out the adjacent studio to account for noise. (Dream room is 6 person guest limit)

  • We have Google speakers that host Apple Music and Spotify Playlists. We can help you set up your preferred vibe, or you can play your own playlist.

  • Why the Fee?

    These rolls are high-maintenance—$180 each and they only get three cuts before calling it quits. Your fee covers your slice of the roll and the setup time to keep everything fresh and looking seamless for your shoot.

  • No food or treats are allowed on the prop furniture. If bringing treats for little ones, please give it to them after their session to prevent an extra cleaning fee.
